Manage and improve quality systems, procedures, and documentation
Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects
Address customer complaints and support audits for compliance
Collect, analyze, and present quality data and key metrics
Work independently and with cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, metallurgy, or related field
3+ years’ experience in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing
Knowledge of AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 quality systems; auditing experience a plus
Experience with continuous improvement, problem-solving, and customer complaint resolution
Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills
Willingness to travel as needed (10–20%)
Eligibility for export compliance under U.S. regulations (ITAR/EAR)
