Our client is a global industrial manufacturer spanning diverse industries. The Facilities and Security Manager oversees the physical security and facility operations of multiple sites, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer standards. Manages security systems, personnel, emergency response, and facility maintenance to provide a safe and efficient environment.
Develop, implement, and manage facility and security systems (access control, surveillance, alarms, emergency response)
Supervise and train security and facilities staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and performance standards
Oversee visitor management, investigations, and compliance with government and customer security requirements
Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance activities
Serve as emergency coordinator and point of contact for all physical security matters
Degree or security accreditation preferred
7+ years’ experience in security leadership, including contract and company personnel
Experience with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance and implementation in a defense contracting, manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong communication, integrity, and crisis management skills
Proficiency with security systems and processes
