Job Description

Our client is a global industrial manufacturer spanning diverse industries.  The Quality Manager oversees quality and inspection of materials and products, manages quality systems and certifications, and ensures compliance with customer and regulatory standards. Leads laboratory and inspection teams, supports continuous improvement, and maintains safe, effective quality operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain quality management systems and certifications (e.g., AS9100, ISO 17025)

• Oversee inspection, testing, and certification of incoming and outgoing materials

• Supervise laboratory and inspection personnel, equipment, and schedules

• Develop and implement quality procedures, specifications, and corrective actions

• Support compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or technical field 

• 4+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

• Leadership experience

• Experience with quality management systems and auditing, knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality software

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Eligibility for export compliance under U.S. regulations (ITAR/EAR)
