Lead and optimize investment casting operations, including defect analysis and process improvements
Develop and maintain procedures, quality standards, and documentation for casting products
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to meet production and quality goals
Manage project schedules, cost analysis, and support new product introductions
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (materials, mechanical, or related field); advanced degree preferred
3+ years of technical experience in investment casting
Strong knowledge of casting processes, defect analysis, and process optimization
Experience in project leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Eligibility for export compliance under U.S. regulations (ITAR/EAR)
