Our client is a global industrial manufacturer spanning diverse industries. This role leads the site’s industrial hygiene program. The position collaborates with site and corporate teams to drive EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) strategies and ensures continuous improvement in workplace safety.
Lead and manage the industrial hygiene program, including exposure assessment, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with site leadership and corporate teams to develop and implement EHS strategies and improvements
Monitor new technologies, prepare reports, and provide training and technical guidance on workplace safety
Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field with 10+ years’ experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years’ experience
Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene regulations and experience in exposure control, preferably in metals manufacturing
Proficient in data analysis, policy development, training, and export compliance (ITAR/EAR)
