Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to management and employees in the manufacturing facility, providing expertise and guidance in HR-related matters. This role requires a proactive approach to solving workforce challenges, improving employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and staff.
- Facilitate talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support organizational change management efforts and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Lead performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development planning.
- Coordinate and deliver HR training programs tailored to manufacturing needs.
- Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and efficient administration.
What we are seeking:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, with expertise in employee relations and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
