Our client is a global leader in industrial manufacturing serving the mining, quarrying, construction, and energy markets with nearly 200 years of history and a strong commitment to safety, advanced technology and innovation.

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support their operations across multiple sites.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with site leaders and GMs to deliver HR solutions
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with safety and employment laws
• Lead workforce planning
• Support training, development, and engagement initiatives
• Travel regularly to field locations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years HR experience, ideally in construction, mining, or field operations
• Strong HR Generalist skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 70%
