Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a trusted, value-driven Human Resources Manager to lead key HR functions at a dynamic, high-growth facility. This individual will play a critical role in shaping a culture that promotes employee engagement, talent development, and inclusive practices. The ideal candidate will be a proactive business partner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, this role will work closely with site leadership, employees at all levels, and HR colleagues across the organization.
Serve as a strategic HR business partner to the Greater Boston Leadership Team, offering guidance on organizational changes and serving as a thoughtful voice, even when it means offering a dissenting opinion.
Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations. Proactively identify challenges and offer innovative solutions in collaboration with leadership.
Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with business goals, including compensation, performance management, staffing, succession planning, and workforce development.
Drive performance management processes, including performance calibrations, leadership coaching, and the development of performance improvement and development plans.
Build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization; serve as a coach and advisor on HR-related topics.
Lead and participate in HR continuous improvement initiatives both locally and across the broader organization.
Stay up-to-date on employment law and regulatory changes that could impact the business.
Champion organizational change efforts, including cultural transformations. Analyze employee engagement data and lead follow-up action planning.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Oversee HRIS transactions for the site (Workday experience preferred).
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to meet hiring needs and lead effective onboarding processes for new employees.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Proven ability to work within a matrixed organization and drive results collaboratively.
Strong experience coaching and influencing senior leaders.
Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership, organization, and project management skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
