Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations and report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Windows systems, networking, and security infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all IT operations, systems, and infrastructure
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
• Manage IT budgets and resource allocation
• Ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of IT systems
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Collaborate with other departments to address technology needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, but not required
• 3+ years of experience in IT management roles
• Microsoft Windows certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA)
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Strong networking knowledge, especially TCP/IP protocols
• Experience with VPN and firewall technologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
