Job Title: Senior Quality Manager

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ISO14001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS), with a strong background in high mix/low volume manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO14001 standards.
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, ensuring high standards of product quality and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on high mix/low volume manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO14001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Proven experience in leading and managing quality assurance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
