We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team to cover the South Central Region . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated region, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include:

 

The Opportunity:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals
  • Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to senior management
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual strategic sales plans and budget.
  • Drive profitable sales growth, working with Product Management Team to develop product sales strategies.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market share
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective sales processes
  • Conducting market research and staying informed about industry trends and competitors

 

What we are seeking:

  • -Bachelor’s degree (technical field or Master’s a plus)
  • 8+ years in Sales in the Plastics/Polymer Processing Manufacturing Industry
  • 3+ years selling into the Oil & Gas industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in sales performance metrics and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated use of CRM in managing their territory.
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time.
