We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team to cover the South Central Region . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated region, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include:
The Opportunity:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals
- Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to senior management
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual strategic sales plans and budget.
- Drive profitable sales growth, working with Product Management Team to develop product sales strategies.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market share
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective sales processes
- Conducting market research and staying informed about industry trends and competitors
What we are seeking:
- -Bachelor’s degree (technical field or Master’s a plus)
- 8+ years in Sales in the Plastics/Polymer Processing Manufacturing Industry
- 3+ years selling into the Oil & Gas industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in sales performance metrics and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated use of CRM in managing their territory.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time.
