Business Development Manager – Medical Device OEMs (Remote, US)

What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Medical Device OEMs, leveraging your industry expertise to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, maintaining frequent, high-impact engagement with major and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, conduct market research, and deliver compelling, customized presentations.
- Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring deals align with strategic goals and deliver strong margins.
- Manage regular account meetings, present KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Consistently achieve or exceed ambitious sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s continued expansion.
- Maintain records in Salesforce, tracking opportunities, contacts, and account plans.
- Analyze business development outcomes, share lessons learned, and champion continuous improvement across the sales organization.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience in electronic manufacturing-preferably with medical device clients.
- Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to craft persuasive business cases and deliver high-stakes presentations.
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex deals and building lasting client partnerships.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
