Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
The Opportunity:
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned accounts
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the customer's business needs and goals
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of our products and services to customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take action to address any issues
- Provide regular updates to management on account activity and revenue growth
- Utilize Salesforce and Epicor systems to manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Attend trade shows and events as needed to build relationships with customers and prospects
What we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer account management or sales
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Epicor systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Due to ITAR requirements, all candidates must be US Citzens or US Permanent Residents (ie Green Card)
