Maintenance Supervisor, A&P  

Rockford, IL  

Our client, a top aviation services provider, is seeking Supervisors to join their team in Rockford, IL. 

The Opportunity: 

• Plan, assign and direct work  
• Supervise all activities and employees on assigned shift 
• Address complaints and issues  
• Report any equipment or process issues  
• Ensure that all company, customer and FAA guidelines are met in regard to process and quality  
• Assist with training and coaching employees as needed  
• Ensure work areas remain clean and safe 

What we are Seeking: 

• Associates Degree or higher  
• FAA A&P License required 
• Prior experience in an aviation maintenance role 
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
