Project Manager, A&P 

Rockford, IL  

Our client, a top aviation services provider, is seeking skilled professionals to lead projects at their MRO site in Rockford, IL. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, this person will be responsible for projects on assigned customer aircrafts. 

The Opportunity: 

• Plan, assign and direct work including preparation of project plans/scheduling, tasks, resources work assignments and benchmarking milestones  
• Manage assigned projects from assignment to completion while meeting company, customer and FAA guidelines 
• Work cross functionally with supporting departments to ensure priorities are met on time and on budget 
• Acquire appropriate resources including personelle, materials and tooling are available  
• Regularly update and report to management on status of projects and issues  
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed as related to the FAA, EPA and OSHA  
• Ensure administrative tasks as related to projects are completed 

What we are Seeking: 

• FAA A&P License required 
• Minimum of 8 years of aviation experience required 
• At least two years of experience in a supervisory/management role
