Our client, a top aviation services provider, is seeking a skilled A&P Technicians to join their team in Rockford, IL. 

The Opportunity:  

• Provide guidance and leadership to a team of A&P Technicians (up to 15), ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established procedures and standards.  
• Perform complex maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on aircraft airframes, engines, and systems. Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address any issues or discrepancies. 
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, including inspections, repairs, and parts usage. 
• Train/mentor, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in aircraft maintenance. Stay updated on industry advancements and technological changes to facilitate continuous learning and improvement. 
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of aircraft maintenance operations. Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and hazards in the workplace. 
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.  
• Uphold high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all maintenance work. Work cross-functionally with quality team as needed  

What we are Seeking: 

• High school diploma or GED  
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience 
• FAA Airframe license required, Powerplant preferred
