Job Title:
Full Desk Recruiter

Overview: As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying client staffing needs to placing qualified candidates in suitable positions. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and recruitment expertise to effectively match client requirements with candidate capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Collaborate with clients to develop job descriptions, establish recruitment strategies, and set expectations for the hiring process.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and recommendations based on assessment findings.
  3. Client Engagement and Account Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
    • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
    • Collaborate with clients to facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities.
  4. Talent Acquisition and Placement:

    • Proactively source, identify, and attract top talent to meet client staffing needs within specified industries and functional areas.
    • Facilitate the placement process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
    • Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
  5. Market Research and Insights:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence relevant to client industries and talent pools.
    • Provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations based on market research and benchmarking data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales, preferably within a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
