The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build relationships with clients and candidates, helping great people find great careers.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing new business and growing client relationships.
• Managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Interviewing and coaching candidates.
• Matching exceptional people with exceptional businesses.
• Negotiating offers and managing placements.
• Building a reputation as a trusted industry expert.

Every day is different, and no two conversations are ever the same.

Who We're Looking For

Option 1 – Experienced Recruiters

You'll bring recruitment experience and enjoy building long-term client relationships, winning new business and delivering outstanding service.

Option 2 – Industry Professionals Looking for a Career Change

You might currently be:

• An Electrician
• A Drainlayer
• A Civil Supervisor/Manager
• A Project Engineer
• A Quantity Surveyor
• A Site Manager
• Or someone working in construction, infrastructure or engineering.

You don't need recruitment experience.

What matters is that you:

• Love talking to people.
• Build trust easily.
• Have strong commercial awareness.
• Are competitive and motivated by achieving goals.
• Enjoy helping people succeed.
• Want to learn.
• Have resilience and don't give up when things get tough.

If you've built relationships on site, negotiated with clients, won work, led teams or naturally connect with people, those skills transfer exceptionally well into recruitment.
