Job Description

Christchurch Branch Manager

Christchurch | $100,000 - $120,000 + Profit Share + Vehicle + Phone

Are you a hands-on leader with the drive to grow a business, lead a high-performing team, and build lasting client relationships?

We're seeking a Christchurch Branch Manager to take ownership of our Canterbury operations. This is a rare opportunity to join a successful and growing business that has already established itself outside of Christchurch and is now investing heavily in expanding its presence throughout the Canterbury region.

You'll have the autonomy to build the local operation, develop a high-performing team, and play a key role in driving the next stage of growth, while being rewarded through a generous profit-share structure.

What's on Offer

  • Salary of $100,000 - $120,000
  • 15-25% profit share on the Christchurch business
  • Company vehicle and phone
  • Genuine autonomy and ownership
  • Opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team
  • Long-term career growth within an expanding business

The Role

As Branch Manager, you will oversee all Christchurch operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Initially, you'll be prepared to remain hands-on while building capability within the local team, before transitioning into a more strategic leadership role as the branch grows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing installation team
  • Managing branch operations and project delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Acting as the key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identifying growth opportunities and helping drive business development
  • Coordinating with the wider business to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Driving branch profitability and performance

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded leader who enjoys working with customers, developing teams, and contributing to business growth.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience leading teams within electrical, solar, renewable energy, construction, or related industries
  • Strong operational and project management capabilities
  • Proven ability to build trust and manage client relationships
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • The ambition and drive to help grow a business and expand market presence
  • Experience in solar and battery storage systems would be highly advantageous
  • An electrical background would be beneficial but is not essential for the right candidate

Why Join Us?

This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to build something. Backed by an established and successful business, you'll have the support, resources, and autonomy to grow the Christchurch operation into a market-leading presence across Canterbury while sharing directly in its success.

If you're looking for a position that combines leadership, customer engagement, business growth, and strong earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
