  • Assist with QA documentation, as-built records, site reports, and progress claims
  • Support compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
  • Provide technical support to the wider project and construction teams
  • Maintain accurate project records and assist with daily and weekly reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • 1–4 years’ experience in a site engineering, graduate engineering, or civil construction role
  • An interest in civil infrastructure, earthworks, drainage, utilities, roading, and/or 3 Waters projects
  • A practical understanding of construction methods, materials, and site processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with site teams and stakeholders
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality documentation
  • Competency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering or project software
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be hands-on
  • Fluency in English and a valid driver’s licence
