Final Trim Grader Operator / Roading Foreman
Hawke’s Bay

We’re looking for an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator / Roading Foreman to join a high-performing civil contractor delivering some of Hawke’s Bay’s key infrastructure and roading projects.

This isn’t small patchwork maintenance jobs, you’ll be involved in large-scale civil and earthworks projects with a contractor known for running quality sites and backing good operators.

We’re after someone practical who leads from the front, understands pavement prep properly and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.

About the role

• GPS final trim grader operation
• Aggregate placement and pavement preparation
• Getting roads ready for seal
• Leading and coordinating crews on site
• Working closely with supervisors and project managers
• Maintaining productivity, QA and H&S standards

What we’re looking for

• Strong roading/civil construction background
• Proven final trim grader operating experience
• Experience leading crews or stepping up into leadership
• Good understanding of pavement prep and sealing works
• Practical, hard-working attitude
• WTR endorsements required
