Site Foreman – Civil Infrastructure
Hawke’s Bay

We’re looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join a busy civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of drainage and infrastructure projects across Hawke’s Bay.

This isn’t small repetitive work you’ll be involved in subdivisions, commercial developments and large-scale civil infrastructure projects with a contractor that’s known for running quality jobs and backing good people.

If you’re someone who leads from the front, keeps crews productive and takes pride in running tidy, well-organised sites, this is worth a look.

About the role

• Leading civil crews day-to-day
• Coordinating plant, labour and subcontractors
• Driving programme and productivity on site
• Maintaining QA and H&S standards
• Working closely with supervisors and project managers
• Delivering drainage and civil infrastructure works to a high standard

What we’re looking for

• Strong civil construction background
• Experience leading crews on site
• Practical leadership style
• Good communication and work ethic
• Ability to keep jobs moving and standards high
• Class 1 licence (WTR an advantage)
