Site Supervisor – Civil

This isn’t your typical civil role.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit, hardworking team that backs each other, gets stuck in, and takes real pride in what they deliver. No unnecessary layers, no big egos, just good people doing solid work.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who’s practical, hands-on, and comfortable being close to the action. Someone who can lead from the front, keep things moving, and take ownership of delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing civil projects from start to finish
• Leading site crews and coordinating subcontractors
• Overseeing planning, budgets, and delivery timeframes
• Managing claims, variations, and reporting
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in civil construction (ideally 3–5+ years in a similar role)
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• A practical mindset — someone who gets in and gets things done
• Good understanding of budgets, contracts, and project delivery
• Experience in water / Three Waters / pipeline renewals is a bonus, not essential
• Relevant qualifications are great, but proven experience matters more
