Drainlayer – Hawkes Bay

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Drainlayer to join a high-performing civil crew delivering some of Hawke’s Bay’s key infrastructure projects.

This isn’t small, repetitive work, you’ll be involved in a wide range of projects from subdivisions and commercial developments through to large-scale drainage and infrastructure builds that help shape the region.

About the role

• Installation of stormwater and wastewater infrastructure
• Pipe laying (PVC, concrete, PE), manholes and drainage structures
• Trenching, bedding and backfilling to specification
• Working across residential, commercial and large-scale infrastructure projects
• Being part of a crew known for delivering high-quality, well-run sites

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a drainlayer (qualified or experienced)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Pride in your work — doing it right the first time
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Class 1 licence (WTR endorsements an advantage)
