What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading pricing and tender preparation across multiple projects
• Managing 2–10 tenders at varying stages each week (projects up to approx. $6M)
• Preparing detailed estimates, cost plans and pricing models
• Reviewing drawings and completing take-offs using Bluebeam
• Developing cost build-ups and tender submissions using Excel
• Supporting project documentation and collaboration through Procore
• Engaging subcontractors and suppliers to strengthen pricing competitiveness
• Identifying commercial and delivery risks during the tender phase
• Working closely with project teams to develop methodology and pricing strategy

What You’ll Bring

• The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of estimating experience within a main contractor environment, with a strong track record delivering design & build projects.
• You will have proven expertise pricing straight competitive tenders, developing construction methodologies and producing commercially robust submissions.
• You’ll be confident working closely with project teams from early design through to tender submission, identifying risks, refining methodology and delivering accurate pricing that helps secure work.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Excel and Procore (or similar systems) will be highly advantageous.
