About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the Northland team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a variety of civil infrastructure projects.

Reporting to senior project leadership, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, leading crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise civil construction crews on site
• Plan and coordinate daily works, plant and resources
• Drive strong health, safety and quality outcomes
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve on-site issues
• Ensure work is completed to programme and specification
• Support, mentor and develop members of the site team

About You

You're a hands-on leader who enjoys being out on site, working alongside your team, and taking pride in delivering quality projects.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Proven experience supervising civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage and infrastructure works
• The ability to lead crews and foster a positive team culture
• Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach and commitment to high standards
• A genuine focus on health, safety and quality
