About the Role

Reporting into senior project leadership, you will take responsibility for coordinating daily site operations and leading crews to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and supervising civil construction crews

• Planning daily works and coordinating plant and resources

• Driving health, safety, and quality outcomes on site

• Liaising with Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors

• Monitoring progress and resolving on-site issues

• Supporting and mentoring team members

About You

You’re a practical leader who enjoys being on-site and working alongside your team to get the job done.

Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience supervising civil construction projects

• Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage and infrastructure

• Ability to lead teams and maintain high standards

• Solid communication and planning skills

• Strong commitment to health & safety
