• Daily scheduling & dispatch
• Tech coordination
• Customer problem solving
• Parts ordering
• Quoting / invoicing
• Customer queries
• Job bookings
• Handle job escalations
• Post job / quote chase up
• Provide tech support / advice on products
• Tech support for our valet and service team
• Sales & upselling
• Picking parts for jobs
• Forklift operations
• Assist with heavy bulk items - inwards goods
Process warranties

Experience and Capabilities
• Pool service, repair and valet experience - at least 7 years
• Experience with quoting service work - 2 years
• Very Capable to use computer software and scheduling programs like Fergus
Any office Admin work-4 years
• Customer complaints- 4 years
