Senior Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure

Auckland

We’re partnering with a well-established civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering technically complex infrastructure projects across New Zealand.

Their Auckland operation is growing, and they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants more than just another programme to run.

This is a business that backs its people, trusts experienced operators, and takes pride in delivering challenging Three Waters and infrastructure projects properly.

Your Impact

You’ll take ownership of significant civil infrastructure projects across Auckland, playing a key role in strengthening and expanding the region’s delivery capability.

You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll be trusted to lead.

This role will see you:

• Leading complex Three Waters and utilities projects

• Driving programme, commercial performance and client relationships

• Working closely with engineers, supervisors and site teams

• Mentoring emerging Project Managers and engineers

• Contributing to regional growth and long-term strategy

You’re likely already operating as a Senior PM within a civil contractor environment.

You’ve delivered technically challenging infrastructure projects — pipelines, pump stations, structures or major underground works — and you’re confident managing programme, risk and commercial performance.
