Job Description

We’re partnering with a well-established engineering and installation contractor delivering projects across telecommunications, infrastructure and structural steel.

Due to a strong forward pipeline, our client is seeking an experienced Site Lead to coordinate on-site installation works and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

This role suits a practical, organised site leader who enjoys being on the ground — planning work, leading crews and keeping installations moving.

About the Role

You’ll be the key on-site point of contact, responsible for coordinating installation activities and managing day-to-day site delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating on-site installation crews
• Planning daily and weekly work activities
• Managing installation sequencing and site readiness
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and logistics
• Ensuring safety, quality and compliance on site
• Liaising with Project Managers and stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
• Supporting progress reporting and site documentation

About You

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience as a Site Lead, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand
• Strong on-site installation and coordination background
• Experience in telecommunications and/or structural steel projects
• Solid project planning and organisational capability
• Strong safety-first mindset
• Confident leading crews and managing multiple work fronts
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills

Backgrounds from major contractors (e.g. telco, utilities, infrastructure or structural steel) are highly regarded.
