Electrician - Solar
Competitive hourly rate + OT + Allowances + Van
A leading solar installation company is seeking a Qualified Electrician to join their team, delivering innovative solar projects across Wanaka. As this is a rapidly growing area of the business, the role offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development.

About the Role:
- Based in Wanaka / Central Otago
- Installation and maintenance of large-scale solar systems
- Mix of local and away work across the South Island
- Full-time, approx. 45–50 hours/week
- Overtime paid at T+¼ + daily away allowances
- Accommodation and meals covered for travel jobs
- Work ute (Hilux) provided – local/personal use within reason
What We’re Looking For:
- NZ-registered electrician
- Physically fit, strong, and confident working outdoors
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn and upskill
- Willing and able to travel for project work
- Must be currently eligible to work in NZ
