About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to lead the day-to-day delivery of civil construction projects across the Waikato. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on site, leading crews, solving problems and keeping projects on track.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site operations
• Lead site crews and subcontractors to meet programme and quality targets
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety requirements and company procedures
• Plan and schedule work, plant and resources
• Monitor quality and ensure work meets drawings and specifications
• Identify and resolve site issues as they arise
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers and other stakeholders
• Complete daily site reports and progress updates

About You

• 7–10+ years’ experience in civil construction
• 4–5+ years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of H&S systems and site compliance
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Practical, solutions-focused approach
• Full NZ driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Waikato
