Continuous Improvement & Industry Leadership

  • Champion process improvements across engineering and design functions.

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Represent the organisation at industry forums and sector events where appropriate.

  • A commercially astute, value-engineering mindset.

  • Proven experience across full project lifecycles, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
