Our client is a well-established medium sized engineering consultancy based in the heart of Auckland’s CBD. They’re looking for a proactive, people-focused professional to step into a central role that connects people, culture, brand and operations.
This is a hands-on position with great variety you’ll shape the employee experience from onboarding to development, coordinate social media and brand initiatives, support leadership with key projects and help ensure the business runs smoothly day-to-day. If you love being the “glue” that holds everything together and want to make a visible impact, this role is for you.
Lead the full HR lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, training and culture.
Keep policies, records and practices compliant and up to date with NZ employment law.
Coordinate social media, website updates, marketing collateral and tender submissions.
Support directors and senior leaders with board reports, meetings and strategic projects.
Manage vendor relationships, company policies, insurances and operational processes.
Be the go-to person for events, initiatives and day-to-day office support.
Proven experience across HR, operations and/or office management.
Confidence with social media platforms, branding and website CMS tools.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
Someone proactive, adaptable and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, office-based role and applicants must hold NZ work rights (citizen, resident, or valid work visa).
