About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing team and take ownership of commercial outcomes across multiple civil projects. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a company that values expertise, collaboration and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for civil infrastructure projects

• Manage project cost control, forecasting and reporting

• Prepare progress claims, variations and final accounts

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure commercial outcomes

• Support procurement and contribute to project delivery strategy

• Ensure compliance with contracts, NZS standards and client requirements

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civil construction sector

• Proven background in infrastructure, roads, earthworks, drainage, or surfacing projects

• Strong understanding of NZ construction contracts and cost-control processes

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or similar
