Our client is a well-established consultancy delivering boundary, subdivision and infrastructure projects across the Auckland region. They’re seeking a Surveyor with around 1–2+ years of experience to join their team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out cadastral surveys including subdivisions, boundary redefinitions, easements and land transfers

• Conduct fieldwork using advanced Leica GNSS and total station equipment

• Process survey data and prepare plans using 12d Model software

• Prepare cadastral datasets and documentation for LINZ lodgement

• Collaborate with planners, engineers, and project managers on multi-disciplinary projects

• Support project delivery across residential, commercial and infrastructure developments

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years experience as a surveyor in New Zealand

• Proven experience with 12d Model for data processing and plan preparation (essential)

• Proficiency with Leica surveying equipment (GNSS, total stations) (essential)

• Knowledge of cadastral survey processes, boundary law and LINZ requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Surveying (Diploma or Bachelor’s)

• Excellent attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills

• Full NZ driver’s licence and a collaborative, proactive approach
