Project Manager – Commercial Construction

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover

• Managing programme, budget, procurement, and on-site delivery

• Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Monitoring project performance and ensuring work is delivered to spec

• Building strong client relationships and reporting on progress

• Driving a positive safety culture across the team and site

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects

• Strong understanding of NZ Building Code, contracts, H&S, and compliance

• Confident communicator and effective problem-solver

• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and project timelines

• Trade background or relevant tertiary qualification preferred

• Based in (or open to relocating to) the Taupō region
