My client is a well-established and highly respected commercial construction company with a strong presence across the Central North Island. With a healthy pipeline of upcoming work in Taupō, they’re looking for an experienced Site Manager who knows how to lead from the front and get things done — the right way.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day site operations on mid-to-large-scale commercial builds

• Leading subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep the job on track

• Upholding top-tier health & safety and quality standards onsite

• Working closely with the Project Manager to deliver to timeframes and budget

• Building strong working relationships across the board

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects 

• Solid knowledge of NZ Building Code, health & safety, and site logistics

• Strong leadership skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach

• Trade qualified or relevant construction background

• Confident communicator who leads by example
