They’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Auckland team and lead projects valued up to $50 million. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of significant infrastructure works and make your mark on major civil developments.
About the role:
- Lead and manage large-scale civil infrastructure projects (up to $50M) from tender through to completion.
- Oversee a self-performing workforce and drive project delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, programming, commercial performance and client relationships.
- Develop and mentor project teams, fostering a strong and supportive culture on site.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve challenges.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering major civil construction projects (ideally $30M–$50M+).
- Strong background managing self-performing workforces in complex environments.
- Excellent commercial, programming and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of NZS3910 and civil construction standards.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Calm, solutions-focused approach with a passion for building great teams.
