Civil Drainage Supervisor – Auckland

Auckland Region | $120k–$135k + Ute + Phone

We’re looking for a proven Drainage Supervisor to lead crews on 3-waters civil projects across Auckland — stormwater, wastewater, and watermain installs. This is a hands-on role for someone who can read plans, run a team, and deliver high-quality drainage work day in, day out.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit, hardworking crew that runs 7–5, backs each other, and rewards effort. It’s a place where you’re trusted to get on with the job, and where there’s plenty of opportunity to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading crews on 3-waters installs: stormwater, wastewater, watermains

• Reading and interpreting plans, setting out drainage runs

• Managing plant, people, materials, and subcontractors

• Delivering work safely, on time, and to spec

• Communicating with PMs, engineers, and clients on-site

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in 3-waters drainage (supervisor or foreman level)

• Solid knowledge of deep trenching, live connections, QA, and safety

• WTR + Class 2 or 4 licence (preferred)

• Certified Drainlayer or working toward it

• A team player who leads from the front and lifts those around them
