Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, site-based Health & Safety Influencer role focused on embedding and promoting a strong safety culture across their projects. You’ll develop, implement, and maintain robust H&S programs, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for everyone.

You’ll work closely with project teams to actively drive safety initiatives and best practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement H&S policies and procedures that go beyond compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
• Provide training and support to employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive improvements.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through workshops and communications.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams daily.
• Maintain accurate H&S records and reports.

•  5+ years’ experience in Civil Construction H&S roles.
•  Procore Construction Management Software experience.
•  Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and best practices.
•  Excellent communication and influencing skills.
•  Proactive, passionate, and genuinely cares about making a difference.
•  Can tell a good joke and add to the team culture!
