About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost management and financial control for a variety of fit-out projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with key stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimating and cost planning for interior fit-out projects from conception to completion.
  • Managing contract negotiations, procurement, and supplier agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Conducting financial reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis to keep projects on track.
  • Monitoring variations, claims, and progress payments, ensuring all financial aspects align with project objectives.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and project managers to provide clear, concise financial updates.
  • Implementing value engineering strategies to optimise project budgets and improve cost efficiency.
  • Preparing final accounts and cost reconciliations upon project completion.

What You Bring:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the interior fit-out or construction industry 5+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, ensuring successful engagement with stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
