Project Manager – Civil Construction
Waikato Region | $130k–$150k + Vehicle + Phone + Laptop

We’re after a practical, hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across the Waikato. This role is with a hardworking team that values action over talk—you’ll be across everything from site delivery to budgets, claims, and team coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing multiple civil projects from start to finish

Leading and supporting site crews and subcontractors

Overseeing financials, claims, reporting, and project planning

Ensuring work is done safely, on time, and to spec

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in civil project management

Strong leadership and site coordination skills

Solid understanding of budgets, contracts, and delivery timeframes

NZCE, BE, or similar preferred—but proven experience matters most
