We’re seeking an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Auckland team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage project cost control, contract administration and key stakeholder relationships from tender through to completion.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and managing project costings, budgets, and estimates

• Leading tender submissions and negotiations

• Administering contracts, claims, variations, and progress payments

• Coordinating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors

• Driving value engineering and ensuring projects meet budget targets

• Contributing to process improvement and mentoring junior QS staff

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ QS experience in commercial construction (Intermediate or Senior)

• Relevant QS qualification and full driver’s licence

• Strong contract administration skills

• Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and deliver on programme

• Clear communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
