Job Description
Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Billing:
• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding balances as needed.
Payroll Processing:
• Handle end-to-end payroll preparation and ensure accurate computation of salaries
and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and coordinate with HR or operations for attendance and
time logs.
Financial Data Management:
• Encode financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records in QuickBooks.
• Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.
Operations Monitoring:
• Review and verify daily operational logs and supporting documents from different
departments.
• Reconcile discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for clarification or
correction.
Administrative Support:
• Assist with filing, documentation, and other administrative duties related to
accounting and operations.
• Support internal and external audit requirements as needed.
Qualification:
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks (required).
