Role Overview
As a Logistics Recruiter at Valoroo, you won't just be filling seats—you will be the engine driving our talent pipeline in a highly competitive market. You will specialize in sourcing, headhunting, and placing specialized logistics professionals (ranging
from dispatchers and freight brokers to supply chain analysts and operations managers) This is a high-volume, high-speed environment. If you thrive under pressure, love the thrill of the hunt for passive talent, and know the logistics industry inside and out, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
● End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for various logistics and supply chain roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
● Aggressive Headhunting: Actively source and headhunt passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized logistics job boards, cold outreach, and professional networks.
● Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust, active pipeline of high-quality logistics professionals to meet current and future hiring demands.
● Screening & Evaluation: Conduct rigorous interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, industry knowledge (e.g., TMS software, DOT regulations, freight market dynamics), and cultural fit.
● Fast-Paced Delivery: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly hiring targets while operating under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
● Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of logistics industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market shifts to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
● Experience: 2 to 3 years of dedicated recruitment experience specifically within the logistics or supply chain industry. You must speak the language of freight, brokerage, and operations.
● Proven Headhunter: Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing and headhunting. You know how to track down top talent who aren't actively looking at job boards.
● Thrives Under Pressure: A proven track record of working successfully in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where speed and quality must go hand-in-hand.
● Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and urgent hiring requests without losing focus or organization.
● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch Valoroo and our partners compellingly.
