About the Role:

You will provide day-to-day operational support to the procurement function, ensuring purchase orders, supplier data, and transactions are processed accurately and on time. Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will help maintain smooth purchasing workflows, support adherence to procurement policies, and provide data-driven insights to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase requisitions and convert them into accurate and timely purchase orders in the ERP/procurement system.
  • Maintain and update supplier records, pricing, and contract details within procurement and ERP platforms.
  • Monitor order status, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies or issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Generate and distribute regular procurement reports, including spend analysis, open PO reports, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Support compliance with procurement policies by checking documentation, approvals, and system entries against established guidelines.
  • Assist in managing supplier communications related to orders, confirmations, changes, and basic issue resolution.
