Job Title: Carrier Compliance Specialist

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Carrier Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will screen, onboard, and monitor transportation service providers ("carriers") within the company's carrier network, verifying compliance to internally established criteria that meet or exceed the regulations and laws that govern transportation throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and onboard new carriers.
- Monitor existing carriers.
- Examine and save all required carrier compliance documentation in operating system
- Apply applicable carrier information into operating system.
- Routinely review carriers for changes in safety information, licensure, insurance, and ther relevant information
- Approve, reject, or limit carriers based on analysis of documentation, internal policies, and other industry information
- Maintain an operational awareness of the rules, regulations and laws that govern commercial transportation throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico
- Other duties as assigned based on business need

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in carrier compliance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
