We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Master Manager to oversee and enhance our customer master data management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer information across all systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the customer master data, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
- Develop and implement data governance and data management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to align customer data management strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor data entry processes and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data standards.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality and resolve data discrepancies.
- Provide training and support to staff on customer data management best practices.
- Generate reports and insights from customer data to support business decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data management, with a focus on customer master data, and 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in customer master data governance, quality, and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and master data management (MDM) tools.
- Strong analytical skills for data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with IT, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
