Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing collections and accounts receivables for our logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections and accounts receivables for logistics company
• Process cash advances and lumper fees
• Handle accessorial background processing
• Communicate with customers regarding payment terms and collections
• Manage customer accounts and billing information

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Collections outbound calling.
• Accounting experience in issuing credit memos, refunds, billing, and reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; knowledge of LTL/FTL freight is a plus!
• Proficient in using Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel, and Quickbooks.
