Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Quotes and Pricing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing competitive quotes, managing pricing strategies, and ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn and use proprietary quoting software.
- Strong knowledge of truck and equipment capabilities and various load types , including Intermodal, Dry Vans, and Flatbed
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to follow up with customers to obtain complete information.
- Command of English language and grammar to effectively communicate within the Company and externally to our Customers.
- Capable of quickly learning new technologies and systems relevant to quoting processes.
- Ability to maintain organization and discipline within a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities.
- Strong mathematical skills for preparing accurate quotes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist with quoting and provide customer follow-up as part of the Quotes Team.
- Maintain high levels of service and support in preparing quotes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up on prepared and delivered quotes and remotely attend weekly department meetings.
- Learn and adapt to new technological rollouts related to the support of the Quotes Department.
- Perform other duties and tasks as the Quotes and Pricing Manager directs.

Measures of Performance:

- Adhere to the established quote process and timely, accurate preparation of quotes using the TMW System metrics.
- A high level of customer satisfaction concerning the Quotes Department.
- Effective completion of daily assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Active participation and contribution to weekly department meetings.
- Successful follow-up and information gathering from customers to complete quotes.
